Show actual building's crane limit rathen then global cap

When I build a building with 8 max cranes it still says 8/32
I'd rather see a 8/8 so when I'm calculating larger buildings I can immediately see that they have a 20 crane limit (e.g.6+6+7+7) and not count it manually
