Pippette/Picker for selecting buildings

One of my most commonly used keybinds in factory games that support it. I want to be able to press a key to select the blank version of whatever I'm hovering with my mouse. The copy feature is great but a lot of times I find that I just want to select an assembler or a cutter with a mouseover instead of their dedicated keybinds

Pressing Middle Mouse Button allows you to copy whatever and multiplace it. CTRL clicking on an operator will copy it's recipe. SHIFT clicking pastes that recipe on another operator.
