Community translation support

I don't know how translations are implemented, but I think it would be a good idea to expose languages in files(?), or make a website where community could translate game, and then people could install community translation as mod, or devs (you) would add some of the community translation into the game.

For examples, Factorio and Minecraft have crowdin, Satisfactory has channel in discord for translations (not exactly, it's in their welcome page), both of those games add community translations into original game, you don't need to install mods. Dyson Sphere Program has Locale and language files exposed, so community made translations the old way, replacing files (it's important for the game to differentiate changed language files and other, so when only language files are changed, achievements are still accessible) (also a fact, DSP doesn't have workshop and translations are posted in Guides and hosted by community)
Other games with support for community translations would be games from Paradox Interactive, Oxygen Not Included, Rimworld. Also I know example of Slime Rancher, where language files and data is encrypted, but community still decrypted it and make translations for a few languages (full for Polish, and partial for Turkish, Ukrainian and others)

I see that Modulus doesn't have as many bought copies and as large playerbase to add website or some resource for translation and properly check and add to the game those community translations, but I believe exposing files (.txt or other format), or making guide on Discord would be reasonable enough, and community could share translations on it's own, but I would appreciate adding workshop (later on).
