Tech tree UI could be improved
There is lots of free space in the tech tree and the overall structure could be improved upon. It's hard to get a good overview and lots of scrolling is involved. I fill like there is some room for improvement here.

Maybe it could help separating it into tiers (the colours of research points), splitting it into several pages like upgrades and new buildings and adding a search function. making the tree more linear could help too -

TriXXitHeadings or separate sheets might be helpful. Without them, I was searching for operators as a topic area. Therefore, I was confused that the drone updates were in different places. Only later did I notice that it's divided by speed and quantity, for example, which is why there are two separate sections for drones.

JezzyAgreed; It needs to be way more compact. Right now I find it really confusing and overwhelming to use. As a starter, maybe they could hide the things you can't unlock for now?

Thomas Giles (tapgiles)Another take: there's a lot on there. Maybe it could be a bit more compact so there's less scroll, but I don't think that would mean it's easier to read and find things. Because at a certain point, all those nodes and all that text needs to be in the map.
I think they're planning on adding a search which will help. Meanwhile, I sorta made my own: https://tapgiles.com/modulus/tech-tree/ Use the browser to pan/zoom/search for nodes in the tree. I've found it quite useful to find upgrades I'm looking for.
