  Maybe have it like it is in factorio where holding ctrl and right clicking a building the settings, and leftclicking a diferent one pastes it to it (the mouse buttons may be reverced it's been a while since i last played)

  Hi David (dev) here. Could you clarify? By buildings you mean operators I assume?
  I do like this suggestion. Like a CTRL + LMB: "Copy configuration"

  Yes, Like if you have a brand new assembler you can control right click to copy an existing assemblers configuration then control left click to paste that config on another assembler.

  It is alco as simple as Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V
  this would make it sort of intuative, Satisfactory aslo has this feature and its makes such a difference.
