High Contrast Mode & Tool Bar Movable .

Hey! I'm nearly blind in both eyes. I have a suggestion to make the game easier and clearer for people like me.
A high contrast UI option would be nice, as well as having the delete/move/insert tools on the left be either beside, on top, or otherwise tacked onto the buildings menu. I will probably think of more as I continue to play

Kevin McCoyI am not nearly blind in either eye and I still found it very difficult to read a lot of stuff in the demo, due to a combination of my eyes being a bit older, playing on a laptop, the lack of UI scaling, and some really poor color choices in the game.
