Need to have a Global science production and consumption rate counter

Its not easy as my savefile exceeds 50 hours to quickly ascertain how much of a certain science I am producing per minute, especially given the interdependencies of higher tier science. A global counter would really help in that regard.

SyntwayneYou can easily do that by always feeding science into delivery with a counter before it. That does pretty much exactly what you want. More than enough delivery Hubs for that.
Not feeding it directly into processor production also makes data center belting way easier since datashard salvagers are 1x1 and deliver exactly the amount needed for a machine.
Also for your planned production, you can add a text block that you can then compare to the counters.
