Display Efficiency as a unit/min when hovering a building in Efficiency Mode

When Optimizing production lines for correct ratios, it is often not enough to have the building colour code in efficiency view. I often miss the option to hover over a building and seeing how many items pr. minute avg passed through the various inputs. This is especially needed when troubleshooting and optimizing input- and throughput related issues in complex builds. I am using complex belt load balancing and this is quite tedious currently to verify ratios are correct.

The same thing goes for the counter "building". It should be possible to see precisely how many units passed through it in some interval.
