Add building shortcuts (copy setting and pipette) to tutorial

For the better part of the early and mid game I was annoyed that there is no way to copy building settings, or pick up one building only and mass place them.
I have read on the discord that it is possible and I'm a fool.
I would suggest dedicating at least a page to the possible interactions with buildings (ctrl right and left click for quick paste of setting, middle mouse button for pipette building). Maybe if the problem of people not paying attention persist, dedicated steps where you make them explore these two building modes.

(And if the tutorial already had this in the playtest or the previous version of the demo (~13th of February), then it didn't catch my attention)
