Clarity on what is/isn’t cosmetic for picking islands

Wanted to suggest adding some sort of tip or pop-up that clearly states what in the game is and isn’t cosmetic.
I believe this is important because players get to pick an island very early on in the game. In my first play through, I picked an island specifically because it had four solar panels, only to find out that those items are purely cosmetic. Knowing what are actual materials to extract and what is cosmetic before picking an island can help players make educated decisions.
