General Purpose Drone Delivery

When moving something far across the map, it can be very difficult if not impossible without a bunch of shuffling, additions, and spaghetti belts to get items further away. The idea is to have an operator that acts like a building that a belt can feed into. A drone would then deliver the goods fed into it to a drone port.
