Allow drone port placement anywhere on the buildings

Drone ports on buildings seem to be placed optimized for the shortest drone path but this doesn't lead to "pretty factories". Couple of example photos attached. Optimally, give the user the ability to either pick the shortest path or place anywhere on the building (make it pretty or make it efficient choice).
